We developed a biodiversity programme for finance practitioners with the aim to shift the way the sector perceives opportunity and risk through a biodiversity lens. This transformative adult learning programme used mixed methods, including educational videos produced for the programme, a digital handbook compiled through extensive research and expert inputs, and face-to-face workshops where project-based learning is used to engage participants in real-world challenges.
