RCL Foods want to support its more than 22 000 employees in shifting to more sustainable practices in their personal and working lives. The SI conducted rigorous research focused on what the most effective steps are that individuals can take to reduce their impact on the planet, while simultaneously improving their health and quality of life. From this, a messaging strategy was developed to further assist in the development of an employee campaign to promote sustainable living. The strategy document also outlined suggested linkages to other campaigns (local and global) that would deepen the impact of RCL Food’s work in this regard.
