John Van Breda (TsamaHub), Eve Annecke and Mark Swilling arrived back from Nigeria yesterday after participating in a two-day workshop organised by the University of Nigeria (Nsukka). The focus of the workshop was on transdisciplinary research about climate change and sustainability. It was organised by the University of Nigeria Steering Committee for the African Climate Change Adaptation Initiative (ACCAI) which is a consortium of African Universities that have recieved funding from the Open Society Foundations to promote research and teaching on climate change adaptation and sustainability.
