Umzis at the Olive Farm

The first pilot in Learning for Sustainability's Youth Vocational Skills School is Umzi Wethu, a partnership with the Wilderness Foundation. Fully residential, immersed in accredited chef training at Spier, wilderness weekends, meditation, community gardening and fascinating field trips - our students are well on their way to completion at the end of August.
