This is the Strategic Development Framework for an ecologically designed development in Philippi at the so-called Old Cement Factory site. The Sustainability Institute, as a member of the Board of the Philippi Business Place, project-managed the design process. This provides a model for similar projects. The project was never implemented and the SI resigned from the Board in 2009.
