Summary of City-Level Decoupling Report
Report prepared for the International Resource Panel compiled by an SI team. The report was launched in March 2013 jointly by the Director of UN Habitat, Director of UNEP and the Secretary-General of ICLEI.
Report commissioned by UNEP's Global Initiative for Resource Efficient Cities (GI-REC) as part of the first phase of this programme that was launched at Rio+20 in 2012.
