Aislinn joined the team in May 2017 as Hospitality Supervisor.
Amelia joined the Institute in December 2016 and is responsible for communication and marketing at the SI. She holds a BTech in Public Relations Management and has more than 12 years experience in the communication field.
Anneke Muller is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Public Leadership. She was appointed to this position in 1997 as part of the then Department of Town and Regional Planning, which amalgamated with the Department of Public Management to form the School of Public Management and Planning, (later becoming the School of Public Leadership).
Academic Programme Administrator - Master's Programme
Beatrix has been the Administrator of the Master's Programme in Sustainable Development since end 2010.
Managing Director - SI Projects
Blake is the Programme Coodinator of SI Projects, and has worked with the Sustainability Institute since completing his Master's in Sustainable Development at Stellenbosch University in 2010.
Brad is the Financial Manager and has a degree in Accounting Science from UNISA and 20 years of post-articles commercial accounting experience. He was appointed Accounting Officer at the Sustainability Institute after completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Development in 2014
Programme Coordinator - Food Systems Centre
Candice coordinates the activities of the team at the Food Systems Centre. As part of this role, she heads the sustainable food systems stream within the PDG and MPhil degrees and is appointed as an Extraordinary Lecturer at Stellenbosch University.

Christelle Janse is a Facilitator in baby centre (0 - 3 years).
Cisomo is the Installation Coordinator for the iShack project.

Colleen Erasmus is the programme coordinator for the Lynedoch Children's House.
Senior Maintenance Agent - iShack
Daniel coordinates the daily tasks of the Maintenance Agents in Enkanini, contracts new clients and works extensively with the Projects online and paper-based systems.
Solar Utility Manager
David has been a Project Manager and Consultant for the last 10 years working in the fields of renewable energy, eco-building techniques and energy efficiency.

Devy-Leigh is the cook in the Green Cafè.
Duran is an Assistant Teacher at the Lynedoch Community School.
Shima was born in São Paulo, Brazil. A mechanical engineer for 10 years, he led teams in France, Spain before leaving his career to start a small consultancy business, which 12 years later became the 6th largest group of private universities in Brazil.
Elcino is a Groundsman at the Sustainability Institute.
Research Fellow & Academic Support
Having recently joined the Food Systems team in 2016, Tai has a BA in history and politics from Rhodes University and an MPhil in Sustainable Development from Stellenbosch University.
Founder & Lecturer
Eve Annecke is responsible for creating the SI's approach to learning, and her masters level teaching is in sustainability, complexity, leadership, environmental ethics and facilitation.
Fumanekile is silent force of nature in the Woodland, tending to the growing needs of a family of indigenous trees and shrubs which require tending to survive and flourish the rigours of our seasonal wet-land and the Stellenbosch summer.
Gillian oversees all aspects of hospitality at the SI.
Jacqueline is currently the caretaker of the babies at the Lynedoch Early Learning.
Jeff looks after the grounds at the SI and contributes towards our beautiful environment.
Dr Jeremy Wakeford is an economist specialising in energy, resources and sustainability transitions.
Jess is the Director of the Sustainability Institute. She is an extraordinary lecturer with the School of Public Leadership at the University of Stellenbosch, coordinating the Corporate Governance and Sustainable Enterprise module for the PGD and MPhil programmes.
